For those Asian food lovers, you will not be unfamiliar with this. This is a Cantonese noodle dish which is popular in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. The dish is usually served in hot soup or dry with soya sauce, garnished with leafy vegetables, and wonton. The types of leafy vegetables used are usually kailan also known as Chinese kale.
